Oval hallmarked Birmingham silver Salt/mustard pot

Oval hallmarked silver Salt/mustard pot with hinged lid and pointed finial, silver spoon and blue glass insert (slight damage to glass – well repaired). Pierced decoration to main body with swirls and blank cartouche to front.

Hallmarked:  Birmingham / 1900 (unable to identify the maker SS & IP H?)
