A particularly fine quality mid-19th century Coromandel Dressing Case/Jewellery Box in superb original condition. The well-figured brass-bound coromandel-wood case opens to reveal the full set of twelve beautifully engraved silver-topped scent bottles; jars and boxes arranged around a central pad which retains its original mother-of-pearl handled tools; implements and gilt-handled scissors.
