A fusion between a Japanese Meiji period patinated bronze Crayfish and an Arts & Crafts period Leaf, with an acanthus leaf style scroll forming the handle. The antennae of the crayfish are shown supporting the candle sconce, with tendrils from the sconce (leaf) wound around them.
