A fine quality PAIR of silver WINE COASTERS in excellent original condition. Measuring 6.5ins (17cms) wide (maximum) these lovely coasters feature ‘fluted’ bodies, and finely cast rims decorated with shells and scrolls, with hardwood bases centred by silver bosses incorporating engraved coats of arms. Both are fully and clearly hallmarked (so often not the case with coasters) for Sheffield 1825.
