Price: £1850
Stock No. 1212/QSA

A fine quality Edwardian ‘Sheraton revival’ satinwood veneered demi-lune card table with an interesting concertina-action pull-out support leg, which when opened reveals a hidden drawer for storage of cards/counters etc. Each of the four legs taper downwards terminating in good brass castors.

The finely figured book-matched satinwood veneered top is decorated with delightful boxwood and ebony stringing and a delicate checkered edge. The rear of the table and the fourth central leg, is also decorated, highlighting the makers attention to quality and detail. It pulls out to reveal the hidden drawer and when fully extended supports the top when opened. This storage drawer is accessible during play by simply lifting the upper leaf. The interior surface is finished in a green baize.

A high quality and sturdily constructed card table.
