A rather good English flintlock PISTOL signed: Tysoe of Broad Marston. The signature is engraved to both sides of the box-lock plates, whilst the turn-off steel barrel is of .440 calibre and features a spring-release folding bayonet held in plate by the sliding trigger guard release. Solid walnut flat-sided stock; London proof marks. 19cms long with bayonet folded. English circa 1790-1820.
