1605/17: A pretty early 19th century YEW-WOOD TEA CADDY, of elongated octagonal shape. Nicely veneered in burr yew, the top is inlaid with an oval panel of a conch shell, whilst the front is inlaid with a similar oval marquetry panel of flowers. 6.5ins wide. c.1810
