1713/18: An attractive and good quality Regency period rosewood CHIFFONIER of good colour and well figured. Ideal for use as a sideboard or Drawing Room cabinet, this example features an upper shelf with a pretty shaped gallery supported on two carved and parcel-gilt columns. Below the well-figured primary surface are two panelled doors which open to reveal twin shelves inside making three in total. It is supported on solid rosewood "toupee" feet and measures 36ins wide and 47ins high overall. (91.5 x 119cms) c.1830

1617/18: A particularly fine quality, and unusual PAIR of floor-standing CORNER CABINETS in excellent original condition. Both feature serpentine fronts, with five graduated drawers to one, and three graduated drawers plus a cupboard (disguised as two drawers) to the other. Both have solid galleries to the very finely figured tops, and both are raised on serpentine plinth bases. The drawers, which retain all their original small bun handles, are lined in mahogany. A rare and useful pair ~ ideal as Bedside Cabinets, or perhaps in the Drawing Room either side of a fireplace? 36.5ins high; the tops 24ins x 18.5ins (92.5 x 61 x 47cms) c.1835

827/14: An attractive, unusual and very fine quality mid-19th century SIDE CABINET, predominantly of rosewood. Below the solid gilt brass gallery, the top is veneered in finest burr amboyna wood, of glorious warm honey colour, whilst below is a central cupboard with a pleated 'silk' panel within the door, and with egg-and-dart mouldings and shelves inside. This is flanked by two narrow tall cupboards, also with shelves inside and with pretty silk-backed fretwork panels within the doors. It stands on a plinth base and measures 46ins (117cms) wide. c.1830
