1941/19: A very rare ROYAL WORCESTER porcelain figure modelled by the famous Freda Doughty called "Happy Days". It depicts a young boy, smiling broadly as he rides his skewbald Shetland pony down a grassy bank. First introduced in 1948 and withdrawn in 1955, this figure is dated 1949. 7.75 ins (20cms) high. c.1949

1940/19: A charming ROYAL WORCESTER porcelain figure by the famous Freda Doughty, called "The Rose Maiden" (also sometimes known as "The Bridesmaid"). The young girl in a long blue dress holds a large bunch of roses in her arms, as she walks down some stone steps, with petals strewn before her. First introduced in 1938, this is dated 1941. 8.25ins (21cms) high. c.1941
