2107/19: A very good two-day MARINE CHRONOMETER in perfect working order within its original and complete rosewood 3-tier case. This fine chronometer, within gymbals, is of traditional 54-hour duration with subsidiary dials for both seconds and state of the winding with gold hour and minute hands. The movement features spring detente escapement and “Harrisons” maintaining power, whilst the silvered dial is engraved with the maker "(H.G. Blair of Cardiff, makers to the Admiralty") and the number 2155. The case retains various interesting bone and paper labels referring to the makers. (7x7x7.5ins overall)
