1971/19: A most attractive late 18th century Chippendale period OCCASIONAL SIDE TABLE of circular ‘lobed’ shape. The one-piece top is applied with a solid mahogany baluster gallery all around, and is supported on a fine spirally carved central column with “wrythen knop” leading to carved tripod legs and particularly pretty carved “Bird’s Claw” feet. 28ins diameter; 29ins high.
