Regency Wall Clock
1914/18: A good quality early 19th century Regency period WALL CLOCK in perfect working order. Of typical Regency octagonal shape, the rosewood veneered case is inlaid with panels of brass scrollwork, whilst the fusee movement is of eight-day duration and retains its original brass pendulum. The convex dial is original as is the convex glass which is set within its cast brass bezel. Signbed: John Parks of Prescott. 15ins wide; 6ins deep. (38 x 15cms) *Jonathan Parks of Prescott (Lancs) is recorded as working their from 1819-1824.
