1434/17: An excellent quality early 19th century rosewood 4-TIER WHATNOT (or ETAGERE) of good warm patina and in fine condition. Each tier of beautifully figured rosewood is supported on well-turned solid rosewood columns, with interesting finials to the upper corners. The lower tier features slender balusters, similar to a canterbury and it is supported on original cast brass castors. A good example. 48ins high;18ins wide; 16ins deep (122x46x40.5cms)
